As GenAI became mainstream, we were early adopters and becan experimenting with 'madlibs' and adding smart context narrative to data.
Tableau Pulse is a reimagined data experience, built on the Tableau platform, that empowers every employee with intelligent, personalized, and contextual insights delivered in the flow of work. Tableau Pulse helps everyone in your organization integrate data into their daily jobs to make better, faster decisions. Without having to learn a new tool or build comprehensive visualizations, Tableau Pulse helps you go beyond the how and what and shows you the why behind your data.

From a UX standpoint, we conducted research into how to best implement contextual data narrative and empower the user to know what to do next with their confirmation. As these real-time insights are populating, the user is able to 'chat with their data' and have personalized insights at their fingertips. We hosted various virtual workshops with stakeholders to build consensus with Strategy, SME's and the tech team.
